Description: FOC-066 is a humanoid entity that closely resembles a human female of approximately 5'10" in height. It is clad in a light blue jumpsuit similar to those worn by T-Class personnel, with a white name tag that reads "T-066A." FOC-066 behaves, speaks, and appears to be a human, making it difficult to distinguish from an actual person at first glance.

The primary anomalous properties of FOC-066 involve its ability to manipulate its own body in unusual and disturbing ways. FOC-066 can detach and reattach its limbs at will, and stretch its limbs to extraordinary lengths, up to a maximum of 17 feet. These manipulations appear to be painless for FOC-066, and it displays a casual attitude towards its own physical form.

Despite its anomalous abilities, FOC-066 interacts with its environment and others in a manner consistent with human behavior. It is capable of holding conversations, performing tasks, and responding to stimuli just like a regular person.

FOC-066 was discovered on 8/2/1999, in a T-Class containment cell labeled "T-066A" at Site A. The anomaly was initially believed to be a T-Class personnel member due to its jumpsuit and name tag. Upon closer inspection, it became evident that FOC-066 possessed anomalous properties that set it apart from a regular T-Class individual.

The discovery was made during a routine cell inspection by security personnel. FOC-066 was observed casually detaching its arm and then reattaching it to demonstrate its anomalous ability. Security personnel immediately reported the anomaly, and containment procedures were enacted.
