Item #: FOC-102
Object Class: Arcane
Name: The Worm and The Councillor
Containment Protocols: FOC-102 is to be contained within a reinforced steel chamber measuring 20 feet in diameter and 30 feet in length. The chamber is equipped with a series of high-strength electromagnets embedded in the walls and floor, designed to counteract FOC-102's anomalous abilities. These electromagnets generate a powerful electromagnetic field within the chamber, which serves to repel FOC-102 and prevent it from making physical contact with any personnel or objects.
Access to the containment chamber is strictly limited to authorized personnel trained in the operation of the electromagnet system. All personnel entering the chamber must undergo thorough physical examinations and pass through a decontamination process before and after their interaction with FOC-102.
Description: FOC-102 is an anomalous entity resembling a giant worm, measuring approximately 15 feet in length. Notably, the entity lacks a traditional head structure, with its body appearing to be severed at the location where its head would typically be found. Instead, the interior of FOC-102's body is exposed, revealing a complex network of organs and tissues. The entity exhibits a pale peach-colored exterior and occasionally emits a peculiar growling noise of unknown origin.
The most notable characteristic of FOC-102 is its ability to initiate anomalous interactions with individuals who come into contact with it. When any person establishes physical contact with FOC-102, the entity will engage in an aggressive attempt to drag the individual beneath the Earth's surface. The destination of this descent is a realm known as the Council, an enigmatic assembly consisting of five powerful beings. As of now, the appearance and nature of the Council members remain undisclosed, pending ongoing research and testing.
Within the Council realm, individuals are subjected to judgment based on their actions and conduct throughout their lives. The Council assesses whether the individual has led a virtuous or malevolent existence. Those found to have lived a life deemed as good are permitted to return to the surface with a single US dollar in their possession, the significance of which remains unknown. Conversely, individuals deemed to have lived a morally compromised life are subjected to a gruesome fate, experiencing unending incineration until they are reduced to ashes.
It is essential to note that no individuals have thus far been released from the Council's judgment, rendering a complete understanding of the Council's processes and its members' appearances unattainable.
