Containment Protocols: FOC-104 is to be contained within a secure, climate-controlled enclosure at Site M. The enclosure should mimic a natural pasture environment suitable for a standard sheep's needs. Regular veterinary care and maintenance are to be provided to ensure the well-being of FOC-104. The containment area must be equipped with surveillance cameras for constant monitoring.

Access to FOC-104's containment area is restricted to Level 4 personnel or higher, and all interactions with FOC-104 require prior authorization from the Site Director. Testing and experimentation involving FOC-104's anomalous properties are strictly prohibited unless approved by the Ethics Committee and the Site Director.

Description: FOC-104 appears as a standard sheep with a white wool coat and blank, featureless white eyes. These eyes remain closed under normal circumstances but will open if an individual is deemed "worthy" by an unknown mechanism that assesses the individual's moral standing. The assessment is based on the number of sins committed by the individual, categorized as follows:

• 0 to 10 sins: Considered definitely worthy.
• 11 to 20 sins: Considered maybe worthy.
• 21 to 30 sins: Considered probably not worthy.
• 31 to 40 sins: Considered definitely not worthy.

If an individual is deemed worthy, FOC-104's mouth will stretch to approximately 40 centimeters in width, and it will emit a bright blue orb. The individual must then touch the orb and whisper a wish into the sheep's ear. FOC-104 will manifest the whispered wish, causing it to come true.

The variability of FOC-104's object class is a result of the wishes made by individuals. Depending on the nature of the wish, FOC-104 may transition between object classes, such as Docile, Arcane, Omega, or EOTW, in response to the wish's impact on reality.

Given the unpredictable nature of FOC-104's abilities, it is of utmost importance to maintain strict containment protocols to prevent any unintended or potentially harmful alterations to the world.
